I’m excited to share a new construction project that’s been in the works since May 2013.  The property was a 2 bed/1 bath layout featuring a NO TRESPASSING warning, scary holes throughout the walls + floors, and a memorable odor.  It was a frightening place to enter and they eyesore of the neighborhood.

Fast forward to today… we’re in the home stretch of completing a gorgeous 3,600 SqFt, 8 Bedroom, 6 Bath Duplex!  Each half of the townhome-style design is 1,800 SqFt with 3Bed/2 Bath Upstairs + 1 Bed/1 Bath downstairs.  The final product you see below is another duplex nearby that the contractor just finished – it will look very similar.  Properties in the area, similar to this one have sold for right around $500k.
