Buying crteria
- $2-$10M
- 1990 or newer, single story
- existing name brand tenant or strong location that would support one (good traffic, visibility etc)
- prefer SE valley (except Mesa) or near Luke AFB
- prefer smaller suites vs big box vacancies
- prefer off market, free & clear debt, and owned for 10+ years.
