Buying crteria

  • $2-$10M
  • 1990 or newer, single story
  • existing name brand tenant or strong location that would support one (good traffic, visibility etc) 
  • prefer SE valley (except Mesa) or near Luke AFB
  • prefer smaller suites vs big box vacancies 
  • prefer off market, free & clear debt, and owned for 10+ years.
